Return Policy and Instructions
The below deals with three categories of return:
- The return of unwanted item/s. The product is in brand new working condition and in its original packaging with all original accessories (as applicable). mail us at - support@honeywellconnection.com
- In case you have received a product that is in not working condition.mail us at - support@honeywellconnection.com
- You recieved an incorrect/incomplete/damaged in transit product/s. You must report any such issue within 24 hours of receipt of product/s.
Cancelling your order:
- When you place an order on our website, you will get an order number and an email confirmation. You may cancel your order upto 24 hours before dispatch.
Defective Products:
- If you think the product/s received by you is defective or not working properly, kindly write to us at our customer care email id support@honeywellconnection.com
- Our standard product warranty terms apply. For period of product warranty, please refer to the retail box of the product or the user manual.
- In case you report any such defect or improper functioning of the product/s within 7 days of your purchase, we will provide you a replacement product/s as per our standard warranty terms.
If you are sending us an email then, please have the following information on your hand:
- Your order number (this will be found on the email confirmation you received when the order was placed on our website).
- The “Product Ref/Product Description”– this usually can be found on the
order confirmation or on the website.
