I had bought a spike guard. However when I used there was a short circuit in it which caused my TV power supply to get spoilt. On representation to the customer care team, their staff asked me to send them the faulty spike guard which after a few days they found to be faulty and within a week they refunded me the cost of my power supply. I would like to share my experience of using Honeywell surge protectors. Earlier I had used multiple unbranded extension cords/spikes which cost around Rs 250-300 and due to power surges in the same, the devices I had connected to the particular extension cords/spikes got damaged. After a day or two of researching, I came across Honeywell surge protectors which offered good protection from such uncalled for power surges and also if by any chance the product got damaged they claimed that they would replace the faulty item with a new one for free. So in my case they replaced my damaged surge immediately with a new one and also bore the expenses for my mobile repair and Wi-Fi adapter. I am grateful to the team for their spontaneous response and support.
It’s been sometime now that I have been using Honeywell surge protector and I am completed satisfied and happy with the product and their service.
