Shipping policy

At Honeywell Connection India, we strive to deliver your products quickly, safely, and at no extra cost.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday, orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday and we'll try to dispatch them on Monday itself.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders, regardless of order value, product category, or location.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Our operations are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed during weekends will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and courier partner schedules & National/Regional Holidays.

5. Courier Partners

  • We ship using trusted delivery partners Delhivery and Bluedart, ensuring safe and reliable deliveries.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the status of your shipment.

7. Failed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, our customer care team will contact you for re-shipment assistance.

8. Exceptions & Delays

  • Delivery timelines may be affected during:
    • Public holidays or national festivals
    • Unforeseen weather conditions or natural calamities
    • Service disruptions with courier partners
