It is meant for a large room/living area. It’s working perfectly, the air quality readings are correct as I also have a Philips air purifier for my bedroom and I compared the readings of both side by side. It has a humidifier feature which is again very good. It is good for home with pets. Honeywell provide a mechanism to capture large pet hair and are designed to have a bigger suction area. All other manufacturers have switched to designs that can capture only small hair/particles due to small hole designs.
